One year later

May 25th marked the one year anniversary of us moving into our new home! A lot has changed in a year....Morgan looks so much older and Rowan is about to turn 5! We are off to Florida next week and the prettiest Airedale we know (by default) is off to summer camp. Have fun Pips....see you in the fall!

We are about 20 weeks into Jason's deployment. It's been challenging but we are plowing through it. Sara has added fun and joy to the household!  Just a couple more weeks until we leave for Florida for the summer! Lots of fun things planned....like Disney and Rays games

Abby the therapy dog

This is Adrienne's dad's dog Abby. She is a therapy dog in Cincinnati where her parents live. The following clip tells their story. Talk about doing something positive and rewarding! Adrienne also mentioned that Abby was up for employee of the month but didn't win:( Maybe next month Abby!

P.S. I don't think being a therapy dog is in the cards for Pippa......or Bart.

Morgan's 1st Bridal shower

Morgan and I attended Michelle's bridal shower this weekend which was hosted by Sara. Morgan and Rowan are both in the wedding which will take place on June 2, in Altoona.

We got alittle bit of work done in our kitchen last week and it has made a BIG difference! The floor looks rich and the backsplash has brought life to the cabinets and countertops! We went with 16x16 inch porcelin tiles for the floor and interlocking mosaic glass tiles for the backsplash. Love it! Thanks to Carla and Bethany for recommending a darker floor as we were going to go lighter. Glad we took your advice girls!
