Catching up

We are back from Tampa and getting back into the swing of things here. Tampa was fabulous - there is no greater feeling than being together as a family. Next weekend I'll be back in Tampa for my first Triathlon! Excited and a bit nervous as can be expected. I'll keep you posted!

My Birthday Weekend!

Thanks to everyone who remembered my Birthday! Rowan made me breakfast in bed - coffee and a cupcake with Francesco on top! He also sang 'Happy Birthday' to me twice by 7am! We spent the day at the Villages (a.k.a. America's Friendliest Hometown) having Easter with my mom and Hank. We also swam, visited the town center, and reunited with a very old friend. We had a really great visit! My life is beyond blessed and I have so many reasons to celebrate!!! I have a feeling that this next year will be even better:)

Michelle's shower cake

Michelle had one of her bridal showers last weekend in Toona. Unfortunately, I was unable to go but I wanted to post a picture of her beautiful cake. This cake was made from scratch by Mary and Sara!! Michelle loves Zebra print and lime green is one of her wedding colors. Well done ladies!

Greetings from Florida!

We are so happy to be here in Florida! We hit the beach yesterday and today. We were also invited to an Easter egg hunt today by Jason's friend Mike and his lovely wife, Kanoami. It feels great to be together as a family:)

Thankfully, I've been able to sleep a ton and seem to be finally kicking this potent sinus infection. I've been battling that paired with no sense of smell and diminished hearing which the doctor said would eventually come back - anytime now would work great for me!  I'm so grateful that I was able to pass the watch over to Jason and get some much needed rest this weekend.

The kids and I are so glad to be here with Jason for another week!! Rowan and Morgan cannot get enough of Jason:) Tampa is beautiful - I kinda wished we would have moved here for the year with him. His condo is super sweet with plenty of room for us to spend the summer here. Hope June gets here fast!
